2. Purpose

This notice governs access to and use of santaorla.com, its language versions, and the subdomains linked to the personal area, bookings, photo uploads, orders, and digital delivery. Santa Orla provides graduation photography and university yearbook services, individual portraits, group photographs, and related digital and printed products.

3. Use of the site

Users agree to use the site lawfully, provide accurate and up-to-date information, not impersonate other people, not upload images without authorisation, and not attempt to access areas, photographs, or data belonging to others. Accessing the site does not replace the express acceptance of the contracting terms required when making a booking or order.

4. Intellectual and industrial property

Texts, sample photographs, designs, logos, code, and other content belong to Santa Orla or are used with authorisation. Access does not grant any exploitation rights. Delivered photographs may be used for personal and academic purposes in line with the chosen pack; any commercial use requires authorisation.

5. Links and external services

The site may integrate external services, subject to their own terms, without prejudice to Santa Orla's obligations when those providers process data on their own behalf.

6. Availability and liability

Santa Orla takes reasonable measures to keep the site and the personal area available and secure, although it may temporarily interrupt them for maintenance, updates, or incidents. This notice does not limit consumers' mandatory rights or exclude liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
