How much does it cost?

It depends. We can prepare a custom proposal based on what your class needs, or you can choose one of our packs. Lite costs €18, Print €28, Full €38 and Forever €48. Lite includes the digital essentials; Print adds the printed copies and printed yearbook; Full includes a broad selection of the best photographs from the session; and Forever adds every version plus the group photo session. Online yearbook options are also available from €28.

Does the whole class have to take part?

No. Each student can freely decide whether to take part in the university yearbook and which pack to choose.

Where do we take the yearbook and graduation photos?

At our studio in Poblenou, Barcelona, or at your university, on a day that works for you.

How long does the session take?

The individual session lasts approximately 10 minutes. If you come with your classmates, you can also use the visit to take loads of group photos.

When do I get the photos?

You leave the session with the digital and printed photos included in your pack. Group photos are also delivered on the spot when applicable.

What if I don't like how I look?

You'll be able to see loads of photos and choose the one you like best. We help with posture and expression, retouch what you ask us to and reshoot if needed. Although, honestly, that last part usually isn't necessary.

Does the class rep have to organise everything?

No. The class rep keeps the group informed and we take care of the rest, centralising bookings, data and class information through our app.

I'm on Erasmus or outside Barcelona. Can I take part?

Yes. With our online yearbook option you can take part even if you're on Erasmus or can't come in person. You can send us your photographs and, once you register, your private area will explain exactly what the image needs to look like.

I can't find my university or degree. What do I do?

Write to us anyway with your university, faculty and degree. We'll check the details and explain how to get started.

Can you present the proposal to my class?

Yes. We organise a short video call to present the yearbook packs, explain how Santa Orla works and answer your questions. You don't need to be the class rep and the whole class doesn't have to join.

When is the full yearbook delivered?

The full yearbook is prepared once your class sessions are finished and delivered once the promotion closes. The digital version is included in every pack. The photographs included in each pack are delivered at the session.
